Job Description

Contxt Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Publisher Sales Manager to join our team. The Publisher Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring and managing relationships with video publishers. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and shape the future of video advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and target video publishers as prospective clients for Contxt Media's contextual data technology.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets and sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at publisher organisations.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Contxt Media's technology and value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and marketing, to support sales efforts and address client needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with publishers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Provide regular reporting and updates on sales pipeline, activities, and results to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in digital advertising.
Represent Contxt Media at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and brand presence.
Continuously seek opportunities for business development and expansion into new markets or verticals.
3-5 years experience. 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales in digital advertising or technology sales.
Experience selling to video publishers or media companies is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the digital video advertising ecosystem and industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and conferences.
